One idea that I really liked, which Keith Rabois brought up is the notion of a calendar audit.

No, this is not another productivity post - don't worry 🙂

The idea in itself is quite simple:

Rank your top three priorities as a CEO/Manager and write them down on a piece of paper (or Notion 😜) in order of urgency.
